Shipping, Returns & Refunds
The following defines our Terms & Conditions for Shipping, Returns and Refunds:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover, and PayPal. All orders will be processed after payment has cleared.
We ship Monday thru Friday.
We currently only ship to US domestic, and Canada. We don't ship internationally at present.
We currently offer 4 methods of shipment:
UPS/FedEx Ground (up to 5-7 business days)
UPS/FedEx (3 business days)
UPS/FedEx 2nd Day (2 business days)
UPS/FedEx Overnight (One business day, does not apply to weekends)
Shipping Rates apply accordingly if not set at fixed. Fixed shipping prices apply only to ground shipping.
All our products will be insured for shipping.
We warrant that all items will be shipped in brand new & fully operational condition. Factory defective products/parts are covered in the manufacturer's parts warranty and we, BankingEquipment.com, reserve the right to repair, replace, or exchange the defective part /item(s) within the warranty period.
IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Ordering.
Please check the packing box and the product upon arrival, and immediately notify us and the delivery company if any damage has been done to the product.
Returns must be made within 10 days of original receipt of merchandise. To reserve your right to return your purchase within our 10 day guarantee, you must retain the original box and packing for 10 days and obtain an RMA number from BankingEquipment.com.
All return products must be accompanied with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be issued by us at the time of approval. Returns must be made within 10 days from when the RMA# is issued by us. No COD returns, and any merchandise without an RMA#will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your cost.
All returned merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent, including original packing materials. No refunds will be made for products that are used, or in damaged or non resalable condition; which will only be determined by us, or our appointed third party or shipping company.
For service related issues, all returns must have had a technical support phone consultation for the purpose of first resolving any common configuration, initial setup and/or related issues.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned merchandise.
Items returned for mistaken purchases (e.g. changed mind, trial, mis-read the description, etc.) will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
For all approved returns, we will either apply the charge back to the customer’s credit card, PayPal account or send a refund check within 30 days of receiving the returned items to us, as per our guidelines.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as other applicable charges associated with the purchase of, or return of, all merchandise. Customer will not receive credit for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise.
Order Cancellation Policy:
1. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. However once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
2. Special Order Items can't be cancelled once they have been placed with the supplier.
American Express refunds are subject to a 3.2% surcharge to cover AMEX charge fees.
